I live in a small town in England thats population is about 1,000,I was born in England so dont have an hometown in the USA so can we buy the Cubbies and move them across the atlantic

or we'll settle for the Expos as like the Washington teams before them they wont be playing in DC for long anyways lol.

P.S. My reason for the Cubbies is I once visited Chicago lol.
