Yeah it is definately a small community, one reason why I left. I joined about 8 months ago and left last month, for a pay service it was really quite bad. Chisox35 was my screen name.

But you are right Dave, that is a way to keep it competitive, but there are better ways than that I would think. Revenue Sharing, Luxury Tax, or of course, just turn Financials off
Anyhow. I'm still looking, so surely someone needs a good GM.
