As with most things, you probably would have the option to turn it off.
Voice never seems to work well. You'll get irritated a lot quicker with the repitition.
Someday, not soon, but someday, we may see a management game with the depth of OOTP and the graphics of TP. Yes, yes, I didn't say HH, because well, they gameplay is great, but the graphics blow.
