Charlie "Devil" Green was a LHW who late in his career ventured into the HW ranks with terrible results. If you look at his record as a LHW - CW his rating may look as attached. What do you think? Remember he did KO Frankie DePaula and Ray Anderson and had Jose Torres down twice and almost out before Torres lowered the boom on him.
