Game 3

We attempt to salvage one game of the opening series.
We put Tom Brennan on the 15 day DL and call up Ed Plank to help in middle relief.

This game puts 2 southpaws against each other. Craig Lefferts goes against Bob Owchinko who not only has a great name but several good pitching qualities as well! Good control, good velocity and good stuff, while it hasn't translated into a great career to this point (he is 56-66 lifetime with an ERA over 4.00) he is a solid staffer and we hope to get to him today.

A beautiful 51 degree sunny day with the wind blowing out to right at 11MPH.
