I have been playing a Kansas City Royals alternate universe that started in 1973 since OOTP4. While I have played out every game, I have never tried a dynasty thread or disected the seasons the way I have recently been inspired to do.

Some interesting things have happend in this alternate universe. The Royals have won 3 World Series (I am now just starting the 1986 season). Pete Rose fizzled out before he reached 2500 hits. After the 1973 season, no one has hit more than 45 HR in a season. And last season a young pitcher named Roger Clemens had a season ending injury. But these are just a few of the fun things that have happened in this history.

I am going to be reporting my thoughts and games as the Royals this season, hopefully in some pretty great detail, with tidbits about other teams and players that will hopefully form an image of the history of this league.
