One thing, just experienced in our league, is that players may complain about playing time after being used as a starter for an extended period of time. A player started off as a backup and was traded near the begining of May. He was a 4/5 Of then. He is now a full time starter. It has been post-trade for about 3 months. The player complains about his playing time, even tuogh it is as high as can be. I'm not sure it is easy to code this differently without inviting cheating by "innovative" GMs, but this is one small oddity.
I doubt they are "random", though.

That irritates me a lot. If nothing else, it should be linked to how often the guy has played in the past month or something.
