MAJOR POINT: Yes, this game does need a manual. Any simulation game of any depth whatsoever needs at least a basic explanation of the various factors involved. I'm frankly astonished that an established company would let a commercial product roll without one. So, for a (very) casual baseball fan, can somebody explain the advantages of pitching Inside/Outside?

Minor Quibble: Damn, it is really hard for the Cy Young winner to pick up a chick in a bar! considering the very minor game effect, and the difficulty of most other "bar challenges" can we make this easier? Maybe factor in your level of play somehow? Just a thought.
