I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned USBA commish, Scott Fite (LivnLegend). The USBA has always been a tremendous league and Scott runs it fairly for everyone. It's easily the best fictional league out there IMO.

Shane Orr and
Mark Cooley's leagues that really got me excited about online OOTP and helped convince me that one day I could run a league too. Much appreciation goes to both of them for their inspiration and for their help along the way.
