There's something very poetic about a thread called Um anyone seen this??? being posted by a guy called delusional.

Yeah, this is something I don't like in OOTP. I believe that as a guy approaches gold stardom, the blue stars should gradually move toward what his gold star rating would be.

So if the guy is 19 years old, he is given blue stars based on his talent entirely.

At 25, it should be based not only on talent, but on how far he is developed, since he probably won't go a whole lot further.
