I'm surprised there isn't one of these out here already...

Anyways, I just got this idea last night, and I think it would be pretty cool. If you've ever been in a league where the Commish was a nice, down to earth kinda guy, someone that you could relate to or someone who went the extra mile for you or for the league...post about it here. This would serve two purposes, 1) it would let your Commish know that you appreciate all his hard work 2) it would promote his league/yours if you are in it as well.

I'd like to start off by talking about one of the leagues I'm in called SMLB. Chip, the Commish, the league started as a 2003 league and is now in it's 5th year (2008). He's a great guy, easy to talk. In fact, just last night we talked for atleast an hour, just about random things. Girls, cars, PC's, OOTP, the usual. This is a top quality for a Commish, because it makes him seem not like the authority figure. He listens to propositions from the league owners about OOTP and other ways to run the league.

So I just want to say, "Thanks Chip." And I hope that the rest of you take advantage of this thread and give a little "shout out" to your fellow Commishs.
