I read a great article by Rob Neyer and thought you guys might be interested. Here's the link.

Anyway he suggests that you just ignore highschool players in the draft and focus all of your attention on the college more experienced players. I know there have been threads similar to this. I was wondering if anyone had done any testing regarding drafting highschool players in OOTP 4. Such as what percent of highschool picks become complete flops. Also thought it would be interesting to hear your drafting strategies in OOTP 4.
