The ELSA (Eastern League/Southern Association) has reached its halfway point in filling its membership. Only 8 spots remain. The ELSA is a league with a historical backdrop (The old Class A Eastern League and Southern Association)that uses fictional players in 1945. Seven seasons were simmed to give the league some history along with settling the financial model. The ELSA uses OOTP5.
The teams still remaining are Albany, Binghamton, Wilkes-Barre, Williamsport, Atlanta, Mobile, Nashville, and New Orleans.
