Ok, that is the problem. The game is not frozen but with the low amount of RAM you have it is just processing all of the moves, offers, trades, etc that are going on in the league. Unless you want to increase the amount of RAM you have (it is very cheap right now), I would suggest that you do one of the following:

-Go grab something to eat or find something else to do while the game processes this part of the season.
-Turn trading OFF around July 28th or so and turn it back on August 1st.
-Like I suggested, get more RAM.
