I got into this topic on another board but thought it would be more fitting here...

My question is about relief pitching. I took over a horrible team in my league and am in year 3. I've been making decent improvement. My RPs are killing me though. I have at least 3 guys who are in their early 30s with good numbers in both ratings and career stats. Theyre all getting rocked though.

I had been simming more games this season so I went through 3 weeks and played every game, and each player got at least somewhat better ERA's.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there any methodology (ie if they are MR or setup guy) that might make the cpu make more out of these guys? Any help would be great...
