Players without caps.
I actually wanted not to have players wearing caps because after a while the facegen or mzitalia players look too much a like. I wanted to give it a feel of seeing the whole face - kind of like a yearbook picture or spring training shot.....
I actually created 44 different color jerseys and figured to keep about 3000-6000 of the players I modify in a folder and just add a logo to the jersey and update the new (rookie) players each year with a team uniform photo. This would allow me a minimum of over 120,000 different images.....
I have seen the facegen templates and they are very cool. I just wanted players with hair. I also toyed with the idea of having a template for the shirts to look more like flannels or baseball unis, but I figured to keep the mzitalia and keep them as spring training or practice type jerseys - that way I can have the minor leaguers with the same jerseys......
I also have facegen 3.0 and will make more players after I am done with the first 300 that I have in mzitalia format.....I like the idea of showing the haircut because two identical players look completely different by changing the hair style/color/length as you can see by the 14 images I attached above. Used in the game it is hard to determine that they are the same image with different hairstyles....
If I package it I would probably keep all players in the same uniform and then package it with the 44 different uniform colors. This would allow the owner to create their own colors for each team by adding a logo to the uniform....just an idea.
