I could use some support, don't know where else to turn. I understand that the licensing for OOTP 6 is done by eLicense, but I am not impressed with support.
The situation, I have a copy of OOTP 6 installed on my home PC and laptop. This is very handy as I can update my online teams from work. The problem is that my home PC took a dive. I had to replace it and well, I am unable to install my license on this PC as I have already two PC's licensed for OOTP 6. I would love to pay another $34.95 if I had the money laying around. I have sent a request to eLicense support without any response from them. I know it has only been 48 hours, but growing anxious.
Could someone please assist me with my issue?
