In the Jr. Welterweight division, the organizations look competitive, particularly the top of the WBA. It's also another division where the WBO is very, very deep.
As an aside, Nicolino Locche and Bruno Arcari are two guys I had no idea how good they were. Another reason why a project/universe like this is so much fun. A learning experience.
