There are in other schedules league configurations that match those in your request. So the easiest thing would be to just pluck the 14-team league out of its schedule, the 12-team from its schedule, and slap them together. Here are the matchup numbers per opponent by division for those:
Code:
AL Intradivision Interdivision
5-team division 18-19 (x4 teams) 9-10 (x9 teams)
5-team division 19 (x4 teams) 9-10 (x9 teams)
4-team division 22 (x3 teams) 9-10 (x10 teams)
NL Intradivision Interdivision
4-team division 22 (x3 teams) 12 (x8 teams)
4-team division 22 (x3 teams) 12 (x8 teams)
4-team division 22 (x3 teams) 12 (x8 teams)
Is that unbalanced enough for you? Also, I noticed you did not have interleague in your schedule for the most recent season - you don't want interleague games, right?

At very least I would rearrange matchups at the end of the season to get more intradivision games like you want. With a couple of 5-team divisions there cannot be all intradivision games at any given time, and nine of so intradivision series in a row can play some havoc with keeping homestands/roadtrips reasonable. But I think I can certainly make, let's say "most", of the last month intradivision.

You are not required to just take what I'm offering above if you what something else. But I have to say what would be easy, especially since at the moment it may take a while for me to make something from scratch. Adding interleague (like with divisions matching up like MLB does now) would be complicated by the uneven numbers of teams per division. Making the schedule even more unbalanced would probably require 6-7 interdivision games per opponent rather than 9-12, leading to 25 to 30+ intradivision games, which is probably too many.

Again, always ask for what you want, just remember I may know what you want better than you .
