Thats right I am starting a new league with Halofans new updated roster set as of August 22. We already have about 14 GMs already. We will have a salary cap of 105 mil for the first season going down 5mil each season till it gets to 95mil. Also everyone will have same tv contraccts for first 3 years and Team interest, team markets and Fan loyalty will all be set equally for the 1st year.
