The Blue Jays have ceased to stop spending their money on over-the hill players who were never under the hill to begin with. The new starting catcher for the Blue Jays is Tony Pena. Pena agreed to a 4-year contract worth more than 3.5 million dollars a year. Pena, who played last year for the Pittsburgh Pirates hit .298 with 15HR's.

Pena is now a Blue Jay, where he will fit in wonderfully in Toronto

In a draft full of big boppers Astros decide Magadan is their man
