Great point...
Basic expansion rules can be found in this link... There was 1 person on the waiting list, and after adding you two, there are 3... All 16 GM's just answered a recent roll call, so all teams are full... We go-live in 1946 & the first expansion sees the Angels & new Senators (Rangers) added in 1961 followed by the Colt 45's and Mets in 1962... I have not decided (and probably won't until we get closer to expansion) but current TWB owners
may get first shot at taking an expansion team...
