The PBL is 16 team fictional league using era setting from the early 70s through mid 80s.
The leauge is played with No Ratings/Talents or Stars. Ill update this every week too once a month during the season (game time of course) depending on whats going on and when something of interest comes up. Look for an average of about two weeks gametime between updates.
