I used to have that problem. Now I don't... don't know why. The only time it seems to happen to me now is if I use suspend to ram. Then OOTP can't recover, but i can live with that.

But ya, I remember this to be pretty common. I don't ever remember hearing about human teams going to CPU control though. That's new to me.
