In the NPBL, they have the Virginia Cannons, which I think is awesome...
The Atlantic Fleet is based in Norfolk - the biggest naval base in the world, I believe (or atleast in the Atlantic)... so you could go with an old minor league name, the Cruisers. I had a friend with the Virginia Crusaders before. In my long-time solo league, I have the Virginia Stallions.
