If you send me the data files and some specific examples for one season, I'll take a look and see what's happening.

Chappy is correct that I import the raw stats and calculate the rate stats. That's why OBP (and OPS) is correct in CatoBase and not in OOTP. OOTP doesn't keep HBP or SH after the current season.

Team totals won't be exact because OOTP doesn't do anything to split a players stats across multiple teams. CatoBase tries to figure it out, but if a player plays and is traded on the same day, there is no way to know which happened first.

Anyway, send me the files and I'll try to either explain why it's different or fix CatoBase if there's a problem.
