1. What is your league's setup? I know if you have a single-division league where the top two teams in a division make the playoffs, the team that finishes first gets credit for a pennant, and then the series winner also gets credit. So teams that finish first and then advance to the WS get credit for 2 pennants in once season. I've not noticed any problems in standard setups though. Remember that only the league champion gets credit for the pennant, not all the division winners.

2. Can you give some examples? From what I've seen, the Catobase tracks stats very accurately. When I've noticed differences in totals in the Catobase and OOTP, OOTP is the one that is wrong.
