Did this database start several versions ago? Version 5.3.2 improved the importing of career stats. The team field was causing many previous seasons to not get imported. However, the career files only get imported once, even if the career CSV files are created each season. This improves the speed of the import since there is no reason to reimport the same data every season. To reimport the career stats, you would need to use the Database/Delete Pre-Sim Stats option.
But, and its a huge, Sir-Mix-A-Lot loving big but, only current players' career stats would be exported and therefore only those would be imported into CatoBase. Any player that has retired would lose whatever pre-sim stats are currently in the database.

Can you send me your database or post it where I can download it? I haven't seen this, but it should be fixable.
