This only seems to be a problem when viewing a player's "card" from the list generated by "Find Players by Rating" graphic on the Player Trade screen. Even though I had Endurance set to be displayed on a scale of 1-5, and the number was displayed textually as "5", the "slider" graphic next to the number looked like it only had 5 out of 100 filled, rather than 5 out of 5. I only witnessed this with pitchers whose endurance was 5 out of 5; I don't know if it is any more pervasive.
This is (obviously?) a very minor issue, but it is mentioned in the spirit of full disclosure.
