So what you're saying is you don't see the parallel that others see, that if somebody says "Thanks to all the people I got these photos from", without crediting them by name.. (even a list of sites would suffice, I wouldn't ask that he track down the photographer's NAME for proper credit)..

...but then gets pissy because somebody combined his facepack with others, renamed files so they all work together for his own personal use, was suggested by DD that he post it for all and sundry (since it is a useful tool) and says "Thank you to the people who's facepacks were used", that there's a double standard there?

With or without saying what either of them did was WRONG, denying that the actions taken are roughly the same is a reach at best.
