Really? In OOTP5? Because I've never seen any dispersements in the League News Section then....

But I'm confused. I looked at what cash the teams ended with in their 2003 season, and then checked the cash they had at the beginning of the 2004 season and many had a lot more cash. All teams that had above 12,500,000 were cut down to 12,500,000 while many of those under that were brought up to 12,500,000.... (see the "handout amount" in the charts above).

If teams with below average receive amounts... and the amount are listed in the news section (which I have not seen) - then how did these other teams suddenly jump to 12,500,000?

Thanks for helping me try to understand this... as I said, owners are questioning and want me to edit their cash on hand and I want to make sure I'm not messing anything up by doing so....
