Thanks for the details, as I mentioned in the other thread it seems to me that this must be a difficult issue to nail down completely. I will bring this up again as well as look into it more myself.

Can you tell me the type(s) of leagues you've had it happen with as it maybe limited to a particular type though not sure - but every little detail helps.
