Sure Games I am using are as follows:
Baseball OOTP from here obviously
NFL Football : Total Pro Football from 400 software studios
http://www.400softwarestudios.com/main.php
I use these sites to help with my real players that I have added in.
http://www.jt-sw.com/football/pro/rosters.nsf
http://www.profootballreference.com/
Also I did a lot of searching for things like college award winners and star players of the era.
CFL and College Football from a game called Quick Play which I downloaded from Table Top Sports. Here is the main site link
http://www.tabletop-sports.com/
and here is the link to the files for the college and cfl
http://www.tabletop-sports.com/modul...ownload&sid=30
The included CFL files did not go back far enough so I needed to manually create ratings based on the data I could gather for the Canadian Football teams of the late forties.
This site helped me with CFL historical info

This site gave me the real college schedule for my replay

Basketball - Also from Table Top sports a game called Barnes NBA. I manually created the teams for the year I wanted using the info I found at
http://www.basketball-reference.com/
The download link to the Barnes NBA game is here

This site helped with some of the basketball history as well

College Basketball - Nothing so far. Ideally I would like to find a quickplay game that will allow me to simulate results very quickly. Just team scores is sufficient although it would be nice if individual players point totals could also be in the game. If you have a suggestion that meets that criteria please let me know.
Hockey - Originally I was going to use a nifty little game called Quick Play hockey which is a dice game that can be played in a matter of 5 minutes per game. Here is the link
http://www.tabletop-sports.com/modul...=getit&lid=122
However, I later decided I would use Whatif Sports instead since it includes the era I wish to play. Here is the link.

A great spot for hockey stats that is similiar to baseballreference is here :
http://www.hockeydb.com/
For sports schedules I went here :
http://www.shrpsports.com/
For boxing info I went here:
http://cyberboxingzone.com/boxing/hist-idx.htm
http://www.boxrec.com/
The boxing game I am using is TBCB from OOTPdevelopments. It took me a little time to get comfortable with the interface but now that I am there is a great amount of detail. More than enough to make it a very worthwhile purchase even for a casual boxing fan like myself.
For golf info I used microfilm from my local library and also did plenty of websearching.
The golf game I am using is here and is also a Quick Play game:
http://www.tabletop-sports.com/modul...ownload&sid=65
However, I had to manually rate all of the 1946 golfers myself. I can not vouch for the ratings accuracy since I could find very little statistical data but overall I think my ratings do an acceptable job.
We have not got to it yet but I also downloaded a free Indy 500 game that has ratings created for about 80 years worth of the race. I found it at this site:
http://tmsportsgames.com/
The one other sport I am missing I would like to add is a horse racing game that will allow me to replay the Triple Crown. I am told this is an outstanding game :
http://www.horseracegame.com/
However, it is also fairly pricey and I have no interest in horse racing except to round out my replay. So if anyone knows an inexpensive game that will either have real Triple Crown horses of the past or at least allow me to edit things please pass along a link.
If I can find a quickplay type college basketball game with ratings for the forties and a horseracing game my sim universe will be complete.
I believe that covers everything. Again, I am forced to take a lot of creative liberties in this but for the most part it feels real - even the fictional players dominating my NFL. Hope these links help inspire others to try something similiar with an era of their choosing.
