This is my online leagues 1st spring training and we're all used to BBPro98 games. Where ST there is a min # of points you have to put per stat or it will decrease. Is there a same thing with OOTP5? If you have everything at 5 points it will increase a little or stay the same, but less than 5 it will decrease. Or will all of them increase stats?
