Ugh. I've tried a hundred different ways to try to get some younger starters in my league. I've jacked up the modifiers, I've increased development speeds, I've done combinations. All to no avail.
No matter what I've done, most of my good players debut between 24 and 26 years of age. I still haven't seen a good young starter (pitcher or position player) brought up by the computer at a young age.
I give up.
