Guys,

I haven't played Manager Mode since last year. But, do you get offers from other teams or do you just abandon the team you have and take over another?

I ask because I've simmed 20 years of a career and plan on taking over the worst team and see what I can do. If all goes well, I win the series in the future and get offered other jobs, if things go bad, I get fired and offered another really bad team..
