Not really a bug, but something that was never made clear about the way it's supposed to work. Making it impossible to put Minor Leaguers on the DL would probably simplify matters for everyone.

This would create another problem.
There is one instance when you would want to add a player to the DL. That is when you have a minor leaguer, on your 40 man roster, who has a lengthy injury and you want to put him on the 60 day DL to clear up a 40 man roster spot.
I hope this hasnt been added to the next patch.
