Continuing On

vs Orlando (9-2, 7-3, 1-3)
Joshua Scurry started after the break like he started the season and that is on a terror. 5-11 6 RBI including a Grand Slam in the opener. Barney Cordova won #10 in the opener with a nice 7 inning performance. In the 2nd game, Kevin Chambers gets #12. Catcher Jason Sin goes 3-4 1 RBI. Alexander Seidman (3-11) pitches a great game for Orlando to salvage one win in the series. My Fan Interest went up again, and just checking it, it is now at 80! I was at 50 when deciding who to become. Foster Trosclair (3-8) pitches a 2 hit shutout for New York.

At Dallas (3-9, 2-10, 3-4 (10))
Ouch, I got swept. Somehow I am still in First Place bu 1/2 game. 3B Keith Griego had a great final 2 games after a game off. He went 3-10 with 5 RBI including the 3 run shot in the 10th of the 3rd game off of Freshour. In the 3rd game, Barney Cordova and Eugene Dixon both went 9 only allowing 1 run. Gregory Volkman got rocked in game 2. No need to mention any of my batters.

vs New York (0-3, 6-2, 5-1)
Remember how I just got done mentioning the great pitching performance by Foster Trosclair. Well, I just ran into a hot pitcher. He pitches 8 shutout innings and helps Kevin Chambers get a complete game loss. Also 'No Neck' McKinley hit 2 HR (20). Michael Price hits # 21 in game two to help end the 5 game slide. After a nice 5-1 start, George Kelly has lost 8 in a row. Blake Everett pitched a great game in the closer. Kenton Smith went 7-13, 3 R, 2 RBI.
