Not unless you have stored a copy of the league prior to the point where you hit the button to proceed to the next season. CatoBase uses a lot of stats & info OOTP does not keep from one season to the next to keep the program more manageable, so once you move on many things are lost. A good rule of thumb for several reasons, including this one, is to zip up a copy of the .lg folder upon concluding a season and before Proceeding.
There is a career exporter with CatoBase that can give you some things if you start using it after the first season of a league, but I have never used it and do not know much about it. Maybe somebody else will tell you more details. I think it simply allows player stats from seasons not actually imported into CatoBase to be shown.
