In 1962 the Continental League was formed out of the mergers of the Atlantic, Central, Midwest and Pacific League's. For the last 36 years the 32 teams have been competing against one another and vying for the Commisioner's Cup. Now, in 1988, the league will expand for the first time. The league will add teams in St. Petersburg, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina. I plan on holding an expansion draft from existing players and then taking over for the Charlotte team. I will manage their games one at a time. Stay tuned for more updates.
