Here are a few changes I made prior to beginning this 1936 season:
Finances turned on. This is so a) fan interest will be affected & I won't have to do as much work in this area in 1946 and b) some contract extensions will be made. I have always auto-generated contracts every season or two. I'll see how well this works & if it goes well, we'll use this method to help determine the payroll you start with in '46.
The follwoing things were enabled since my research determined they were in effect by this time in history: 40-Man roster, Waivers (3 day waiting period), Minor League Option Yrs, Rule 5 draft.
Team Cash Max set to $100 mill, but I will probably reduce everyone's cash to $0 before 1946. We'll see.
