I'm not sure if this has been reported yet, but either way, here goes.

The game does not adhere to my settings for pitching rotation. In my deadball league, I've got the game set to a three-man rotation, yet 130-135 games into the season the major league leader in starts has 37 - about what I'd expect from a 4-man rotation setting. Is this a known issue, or what's the deal?
