I would have searched the board for an answer to this one but the search mechanism is down. . . . . so

What is the down side to going with the highest rested starter as opposed to a strict order?

If there isn't much of a downside, why would you ever go with strict order . . . maybe in the case where all of your starters were of the same caliber (very rare.)
