Before I post the free agency results, note a couple of details......
[list=1][*]I gave each expansion team $50M in their bank in order to compete. When in recent history has there ever been an expansion without a nice big bankroll?
[*]I also gave each expansion $37.5M in Broadcast Revenue....slightly lower than the league average.[/list=1]
As a result, the competition for players was intense, and salary records were OBLITERATED, including the largest salary I have ever seen in OOTP......as you will see.
