Looks good, though I would add the following at incidents.
Marital problems
Suicide (attempted and successful)
Drug rehab
Kidnapped seems a little far fetched. I'd personally change it to just "missing".
I notice a lot of accidents, but no car accidents?!
I would also change leukemia to just cancer.
Looking at the stats, 13 hunting accidents seems a little extreme
