Three of the top six closers in the majors so far this year are either current or former Silverhawks. Former Silverhawks Scott Williamson is leading the majors with 28 saves for the defending WS champion Hartford Knights. Recently acquired Carlos Artilles is 2nd in the majors with 25 saves and last season’s closer Virgil Destefano has 22 saves for the Cincinnati Reds, good for a three-way tie for 1st in the National League.
