I was playing a game where my team chased the starting pitcher in the first inning. By the 7th inning, the opposition put in their last available reliever, James Knaus. When his AB came up in the bottom of the 8th inning, he was pinch hit for. When the top of the 9th started, the new pitcher was....James Knaus. The pinch hitter also remained in the game to catch.
