A quick question. I can't seem to find a smudge or burn tool on paint shop pro. Are these there or only available through Photoshop?
Thanks again to Deft for all of his template work. Here are couple of minor leaguers from my top prospect list I just made images for.
First one plays for the Dodge City Dodgers and second one is from the Fargo Flyers.
