Just let me add my voice to Colleyvol's - Joe is a great commish, he will respond to inquiries or questions right away - and he has rarely missed a sim (and if he does - he gives plenty of warning).
He puts a lot of extra work into the sims, and runs clean, fair and fun leagues.
If you join one of these leagues, you will not regret it.
