the easiest answer is to do a search on the net for winzip ... download that program ... then use it to unzip the ootp4 file ... it'll ask you where you want to unzip the file and usually the answer is into the ootp folder, although roster, graphic and pictures have specific places they need to go ... I'm on about beer number 7, so i hope that didn't just say boobie, boobie, boobie ....
